Reiki (ray-kee) - is an ancient natural healing
technique involving the placement of hands onto or
above the body. It is a Japanese form of stress
reduction and relaxation that promotes healing and
balances the mind, body, and spirit. Reiki is a
simple, natural and safe method that has been
effective in helping virtually every known malady. It
works in conjunction with all other medical and
therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and
promote recovery -- based on the fact that the body
can heal itself, once in a balanced and stress-free
state. Reiki's meaning is derived from two Japanese

or life energy that is guided by God.
